HALO welcomes all students who are interested in learning about and celebrating Hispanic and Latino culture. Through faith, service, leadership, and cultural experiences, members are encouraged to become leaders within Bishop Carroll and the greater community. HALO also provides support and encouragement as students prepare for college and life after high school.

Throughout the year, HALO participates in activities such as Día de los Muertos, the Our Lady of Guadalupe altar, monthly rosaries, WSU’s Sí Se Puede Day, cultural events, service opportunities, and more.
