If your student plans to participate in athletics, band, spirit squads, Buff Puff, Powder Puff, or the Senior-Faculty Basketball Game during the 2026–2027 school year, a current physical is required. Physicals must be dated on or after April 1, 2026, to be valid for the upcoming school year.

Beginning July 7, 2026, physical forms may be uploaded electronically through Bound at:

Scan the QR code or visit https://www.gobound.com/ks/schools/bccatholic and create a Bound account if you do not already have one.

Follow the prompts to create and complete profiles for each of your students.  Once your student's profile has been created, log in to your Family Dashboard.
