If your student is participating in any athletic team, band, or spirit squads at Bishop Carroll, they will need a current physical. Physical forms must be dated after April 1, 2026, to be valid for the 2026-2027 school year. You do not turn in the physical paper to the school. All forms need to be submitted electronically. We are currently in the middle of switching programs for physicals. When we have the information available, we will send it out via email to all enrolled students’ parents for the 2026-2027 school year.
