Text: Personal Financial Literacy
Supplies: You are expected to bring a pen, paper, your textbook, workbook
and agenda book to class everyday. You will not be allowed to leave the classroom to get these materials. Failure to bring the
proper materials will result in points deducted from your
daily participation grade.
Attendance: You should be seated and ready to work when the bell rings,
failure to do so will result in a demerit (refer to demerit policy
in student handbook). When you are absent, it is your respon-
sibility to check with the teacher on missed assignments. You
have three days to make-up the assignment missed. After
the third day, the missing assignment will be recorded as a zero.
Assignments missed due to in-school or out-of-school suspension,
and unexcused absences will be issued half credit.

A + 99 – 100
A 98-94 92-93
B+ 91-90
B 89-85 84-83
C+ 82-81
C 80-76 75-74
D+ 73-72
D 71-67 66-65
F 64 and below
Semester Grade is 90% Chapter Tests, Quizzes and Assignments; Semester Test 10%
Behavior: You are expected to demonstrate by your behavior and attitude that
you are trying to learn. Demerits, extra work and deductions in your participation grade will be used to penalize behavior problems. Cheating will result in a zero for the assignment or test. Parents will be notified.
Office Hours: I will be teaching periods 1-5 in room 602. My plan period is 6th. I will be available in the mornings at 7:30 am or by appointment.
