I attended Mary Queen of Peace elementary school and Nerinx Hall Catholic High School. I moved to Wichita in 1985. I am blessed with four beautiful daughters: Courtney/age 26, Kalee/age 24, Abby/age 21, and Samantha/age 15.
I am looking forward to working with your child as we work together in exploring the arts and creative thinking. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions! I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Please read, sign, and return this page when you are ready to turn in your donated items. I will then have a personal record of what you’ve donated and it will verify that you have reviewed this syllabus with your student. Thank you!
