2011-12 Registration Information Page

Registration information provided on this page is for viewing and reading only. Please do not print out information or any forms on this page. All forms mailed to you are color coded for registration. Registration packets will be mailed out around July 24th. For families with two or more students, they will receive extra sets of all colored forms requiring student/parent signatures. If you misplace any of the forms, extras will be available in the office for you to pick up. To view the forms, click on the link. Currently, all forms are .doc formatted (ms word). You made need to download Adobe Reader to view the forms. A link to a free Adobe Reader download is provided here. Follow the instructions on the download.
