Coach David Armagost
Coach David Armagost is entering his tenth year coaching kickers and punters at BCCHS. He graduated high school from Kapuan Mt. Carmel and was a three year starter as kicker and punter. He played college football at Wichita State University from 1983 through 1986 where he was a four year starter as punter and also was the holder for the field goals. He graduated from WSU in 1987 with a degree in finance and minor in accounting and he is currently the president of Security 1st Title in Wichita.
He has been married for 26 years to his wife Shelley, and he was three daughters, Allie, Katie, and Chloe. Allie is their oldest and she is married to Jordan Bishop and they have a 2 year old son Carter. Katie is a sophomore at WSU and is a pitcher on the softball team. Chloe is a junior at BCCHS where she has played volleyball and softball and has been on the honor roll every year.
He truly enjoys coaching at BCCHS because Coach Schuckman and all of the staff have created a real sense of team and family. He says it has been very rewarding to see the development of these young men both on and off of the field and being able to be a part of a team is something very special.
