State National History Day

Congratulations to the following students who placed at the State National History Day competition held on Saturday, April 19 at Washburn University in Topeka: 

Group Exhibit: First Place: Jacob Wulf-Eck and Will Lies, Second Place: Elizabeth Hybl and Gaby Biby

Individual Exhibit: Second Place: Olivia Seiwert,

Group Website: First Place: Annie Dinh and Olivia Borland,

  These students are now eligible to compete in the National competition which will be held in June in College Park, Maryland.

  Also placing as alternates were:

Historical Paper: Matt Betzen

Group Website: Lauren Buchanan and Kellie Griffin. 

Caroline Cundiff and Lilyanne Nichols were awarded the Freedom Frontier Prize for their Documentary Film.
