Guidelines

Events:

  • All events will be announced and judged by various faculty and staff.
  • 1st and last home varsity events will be Eagle Cup events unless otherwise noted. (i.e. conflicts with another Eagle Cup event)
  • All faculty and staff are able and encouraged to sign in to gain points for their communities.
  • Any students/coaches performing in event are not allowed to sign in.

 

Attendance at Events:

  • Sign in with specified adult at events. In order for participation to count, students must be present for the first half of the event.
  • Students are only allowed to write their name on sign in sheet.

 

Service Projects:

  • Communities must complete 2 service projects (one school & one secular community) that have been approved by the CSA.
  • Deans and Community Coordinators will organize events.
  • Service projects are open to all students to attend, regardless of community affiliation.

 

Incentives:

  • 1st and 2nd place Communities will sit in the west section of the Activities Complex during All School Masses.
  • Half Way Point Prize: Top ranked communities at the end of 1st semester will receive as follows:
    • 1st Place - Sweats Pride Day on January 5th
    • 2nd Place - Jean Pride Day on January 5th

 

Point Values:

  • All Events (except costume contests): 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 / 6
  • Costume Contests: 5 / 4 / 3 / 2
